We are a husband-and-wife team, combining nearly 30-years experience within the construction industry. Both born and raised in the Washington State; Evan from Anacortes, while Ellie grew up in Ferndale. Both lifelong locals, and passionate about improving the community.
We’re also very pet friendly over here and love meeting our customer’s furry friends!
This is Luna! You may see her on the jobsite keeping everyone in line.
Our name in the business began with a 1989 solo Peterbilt dump truck. We provided a solo trucking service for local contractors.
As we’ve continued to grow over the years, we’ve mastered construction management through hands on, in-field civil construction experience. As you can tell, we’ve expanded!
Being a family owned and operated business, we cherish the special moments. We have many special moments that we share together from the early days!

We hired E&E to pour leveling concrete on a slab for a remodel project. After already raising the sunken and cracked slab and foundation wall, E&E did the important finish work to get the slab ready for flooring. Evan and Ellie were very responsive, flexible, and did great work. When the job required 10 extra bags of concrete to complete, they rushed out to resupply, and finished in record time.
