We are a husband-and-wife team with nearly 30 years of combined experience in the construction industry. Proudly born and raised in Washington State—Evan from Anacortes and Ellie from Ferndale—we are lifelong locals with a deep-rooted passion for building and improving the communities we call home.
As a family-owned and operated business, we value relationships just as much as results. Our work is grounded in integrity, hard work, and a commitment to delivering quality that stands the test of time. Over the years, we’ve grown from humble beginnings into a trusted construction team, while never losing sight of the values that got us here.
Our story started with a 1989 Peterbilt dump truck and a solo trucking service supporting local contractors. That hands-on foundation gave us a strong understanding of field operations, logistics, and the realities of civil construction. As we expanded, we evolved alongside the industry—developing expertise in construction management through years of in-field experience and real-world problem solving.
Today, our growth reflects both our experience and our dedication to excellence. We’re proud of how far we’ve come, but even more proud of the relationships we’ve built along the way. Some of our most meaningful moments have come from working side by side, learning, and growing together through the early years of the business.
We’re also known for being pet friendly—after all, Luna, our jobsite companion, keeps everyone in line and brings a little extra personality to the workday. You may spot her on site from time to time, making sure everything is running smoothly!
